"Fantastic experience. I used New Mini Storage for 5 years while I lived in Essex Junction, VT. I always felt safe accessing my storage unit, even at night. The facility was always clean, my stored items were always safe and secure. There were never any issues with pests or water. I opted for indoor, heated storage. The unit was always warm. Marcel, the owner, is an honest, reputable guy, very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this storage facility."

"I write this review I was reading some of the other comments of bad service but if you do not read your contract everything is in the contract and when you're desperate for a storage unit and there's no other one in the area and the owner of this one made room for you and found one that he had and gave it to me I appreciate that the service is like any other business read your contract have any questions talk to the owner services arrival time there's another one on the door with a phone number it's a private owned business the owner has a wife and everything worked out great for us and I'm still there I still have a unit and that's very very satisfied with it thank you"
