"I been renting from him for over a decade now and only once was there an issue and we fixed it ,was simple mistake and was not a problem . He has accommodated me any time I needed more space ,less,space, change payments ,not a problem . I do recommend it there . Secure! . Over the years I rented many units ,different locations that leaked ,doores wete shot etc. I have not had any this here . Very satisfied customer."

"I have stored my items at New Mini Storage for almost 3 yrs. My items were safe and dry. The unit was very clean and sturdy. The owner was very accommodating initially as when I needed that size unit he made it possible. The storage area is very clean the grounds and well maintained. "
